StoneCreek was presented with the opportunity to acquire this newer medical office building in Southern California in an off-market transaction, if it could close quickly. The company moved rapidly to underwrite the asset, negotiate favorable pricing, and venture with one of its capital partners. After acquisition, StoneCreek achieved lease up of vacancy, stabilized the rent roll, and improved property management and tenant relations. This MOB was later sold for a substantial gain.
