StoneCreek identified a market opportunity in the South Orange County community of Rancho Santa Margarita for high-quality, medical and professional office suites for sale or lease to health care providers, small business owners, and professional firms. With no available land in this built-out market, StoneCreek successfully secured a recently-vacated industrial building as an ideal site for a new office building for the community. Working with an adjoining property owner and the City, StoneCreek was able to obtain additional parking coverage and entitlements for the site. The result is a pride of ownership building for all its occupants. StoneCreek continues to manage the property.
