StoneCreek created a master plan for this mixed-use development site. The final approved entitlement and development package included StoneCreek’s medical office building, a pre-school, and two multi-tenant retail buildings providing complimentary services to the other project occupants, and the local community. By obtaining City approval of a shared parking arrangement among the mix of uses in the project, StoneCreek was able to maximize site coverage and substantially increase development returns for the firm and its partners.

Over the past 25 years, StoneCreek has developed, acquired, repositioned, and managed virtually all types of commercial projects (office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hospitality, healthcare, and residential). StoneCreek is not a “merchant builder.” We are highly selective, only taking on projects where we can add significant value.
