StoneCreek created a master plan for this mixed-use development site. The final approved entitlement and development package included StoneCreek’s medical office building, a pre-school, and two multi-tenant retail buildings providing complimentary services to the other project occupants, and the local community. By obtaining City approval of a shared parking arrangement among the mix of uses in the project, StoneCreek was able to maximize site coverage and substantially increase development returns for the firm and its partners.
